How do I know my order is ready for pickup?
Cascade Supply will send you an email. If you don't see it, be sure to check your spam/junk folder. We work hard to make sure your order is ready within 2-4 days!
Can I pick up my order today?
Our shop really does need 2-4 days to get your order ready. Otherwise, it causes the shop to go off course of its regular process, and it's more likely mistakes can happen.

What size Postmaster gate post do you recommend?
We prefer a square tubing post because of the simplicity. 2-1/2" post is good up to a 5ft wide gate. 4" post is good up to a 8ft gate. Now this depends on the footing size. As long as the foot is well done!
Decks
Is our lumber true to size? Or nominal dimension?
It's not true to size. ie: a 2x4 is really 1-1/2" x 3-1/2". All lumber is that way, unless specified to be otherwise.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes, Washington state requires us to charge sales tax, unless you have a resellers permit.
